Well, I finally bowed to the pressure and have got myself a fotopic site.
It may take me a while to update things as I am normally quite busy with work. However, when I'm not playing trains, I like to travel, so a lot of these photographs will be from days out. More of the scenery than of the trains.

 | 9th Nov 2007 to 11th Nov 2007 | The Grand Putaway 2007
The challenge of hiding everything away for the winter is a bit more challenging than previous years. We don't have the Old Locomotive Shed as it is due for a rebuild, so the shunting was a little more complex. The whole weekend is not only a case of cleaning and shunting, it's used for training as well so people can get used to the distances it takes to stop a train which only has the engine brake as a means of Control.

A few days holiday and a chance to go away with a few friends...and a headboard as well. Destination was Park Cliffe campsite South of Bowness. It was designated a "Family Site" we know this as we all were kept awake by screaming children and on the Friday night, well, there was a tent moving!

Its Spring and therefore it is time to get all of the coaches out the box. First Challenge is trying to find all of the, because half the time, they are not in the same position as we left them in. Once that's done, then its time to remove the mould and grime off the seats.

Some photographs of Pathfinder Tours "Son of a Christmas Cracker" from Manchester to Salisbury. There was about three and half hours in Salisbury, which was enough time to wait well over 45 minutes for food in Whetherspoon's and then visit the Cathedral.
